December 2023 India Intercessor
Dear Friends,
As we celebrate Christmas and close out 2023, I want to express my sincere gratitude for each one of the prayers you’ve prayed this year. Our brothers and sisters in India are seeing opportunities to share the Gospel because of your faithful intercession!
I’m especially excited that children all over India received Jesus during 10-Day Children’s Bible Clubs and are celebrating their first Christmas this year. Did you know that India has the largest number of children ages 0-14 in the entire world? Research shows that most people receive Jesus as their Savior because of something that impacted them between the ages of 4-14, making Bible Clubs so important.
Generous friends of Mission India believe deeply in the value of reaching India’s children with the love of Christ. So, they are matching gifts given toward 10-Day Bible Clubs up to $550,000 through December 31, 2023!
We’re trusting that twice the children will hear the Gospel, experience life change, and receive salvation as a result of this match. The impact won’t stop there – those boys and girls will go home and share with their families what they learned, leading whole families to receive Jesus as their Savior.
This month, I invite you to join me in prayer over this match:
- Pray that God will move hearts to generously respond to the matching challenge so that twice as many children in India may hear the Gospel.
- Pray that God will raise up believers all over India to lead Bible Clubs this upcoming year.
- Pray that many more children and their families will get to celebrate Christmas next year as a result of this match.
