Dear Friends,
How would you respond in the face of persecution? Reports of religious persecution continue to pour in from India. While this opposition attempts to slow the spread of Christianity, we are continuing to see God do an incredible work amongst His Church in India. And your continued prayer plays a major role in the work God is doing.
We receive many stories of children and families encountering demonic opposition in India. We see this in a story I can’t stop sharing. Priyesh and his sister Vamil have been attending a Children’s Bible Club. Their parents are always busy working with no time for the siblings. Their father is an alcoholic and the home became very violent. The siblings joined a Bible Club and have greatly benefitted socially, academically, and spiritually. Over time they prayed that God would deliver their father from alcoholism and God answered their sincere prayers; their father showed signs of improvement. However, some people in the neighborhood opposed this development and began to interfere with the Bible Club activities and started combating the Bible Club leader. Their opposition is causing the Bible Club to not run and has stopped Priyesh and Vamil from attending. Please pray for change in the hearts of those opposing the Bible Club and that Priyesh and Vamil would continue to grow in their relationship with Jesus.
