December 2025 India Intercessor

This year’s end-of-year matching challenge is a $1.1 million match that will send children all over India to 10-Day Children’s Bible Clubs over the coming year. We’re calling it our “Light the Path” challenge, and I’d like to tell you why.
This year, I was struck by how, in the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus tells His disciples to let the little children come to Him. In the story, parents, neighbors, and extended family were bringing their infants and children to Him to be blessed, and the disciples told them not to bother Him. But Jesus reminded them that the Kingdom belongs to such as these.
And I realized that without those parents, neighbors, and extended family helping their children on the path toward Jesus, those children would never have found Him. Can you imagine?
This is the reality today: In India, countless children are left in the dark because their parents, neighbors, and extended family don’t know who Jesus is. They try to lead their children down paths of righteousness and peace, but most often, those ways only actually lead to destruction. These children, and their communities, need someone to light the path.
This “Light the Path” Matching Challenge will illuminate the way to Jesus for children and communities all over India. For 10 days, they will hear about the Kingdom that belongs to them, and they will be introduced to the path that leads to it.
Friends, Jesus says that we—you, me, our partners in the U.S. and in India—are the light of the world. I am so excited to see how God works through our prayers this December to shine that light for more children in India than ever before.
