Friends,
With incredible numbers of children attending 10-Day Children’s Bible Clubs this year, and with the start of our monthly giving program Pathfinders, I think God has been using his smallest believers to show me how big prayer can be.
10-Day Bible Clubs rely on 10 critical days of ministry, and partnership through Pathfinders allows partners to spend a few dollars a month to reach 10 or 20 children. The proportions of these programs are so much smaller than the other things we do at Mission India. But maybe small proportions, and small believers, were what we needed in 2025.
I’ll be the first to admit that when the offering seems small, it’s tempting to think God won’t fulfill His promises. But we know that Jesus told His disciples in Mark 12 that the poor widow’s offering—the smallest of all—was the greatest. Why? Because she put in everything she had.
So as we gear up for our Light the Path Matching Challenge, will you join me in putting everything you have before the Lord? Your prayers over this challenge and the children it will impact may change everything.
- Pray that through this challenge, more children than ever before would come to know the Good News.
- Pray that whole communities would be changed by the presence of 10-Day Children’s Bible Clubs in their areas.
- Pray that as our partners are moved to give to—or pray over—this matching challenge, that they would be reminded of God’s presence in their lives as well.
I’m so excited to bring this offering with you, because we know that we can trust our God, who does much with little.
