March 2025 India Intercessor
Friends,
I was recently listening to a sermon in which the pastor said, “God opens big doors of opportunity on small hinges.” That line stuck with me, and what I took away is the fact that you and I are just small vessels in carrying out God’s big plans. Isn’t it amazing to think that God could use our small daily acts of obedience to fulfill Colossians 4:3 in India?
In December, I shared with you about our Biggest-Ever Matching Challenge. As you may remember, we had a goal to raise $1 million for 10-Day Bible Clubs. In case you haven’t heard, I’m thrilled to share that this match was met! Through your prayers over the match, you were one of the many small vessels that came together, trusting God to open incredible doors of opportunity.
Everything we do at Mission India is made possible in a similar way. More than 6,600 of you receive the India Intercessor, each one playing an important part in asking God to open doors for the Gospel to spread.
When you pray for a child to bravely share the Good News of Jesus at home, the Holy Spirit leads entire families to salvation. When you pray for an Adult Literacy student to be healed, Jesus responds—and students credit Jesus for the miracle. When you ask God to change the hearts of persecutors, He opens doors for Church Planters to share the Gospel in tense environments. In every prayer you pray for the people of India, you are a small but mighty vessel in making Jesus known.
Be encouraged in knowing that your prayers through the India Intercessor are leading to great open doors of opportunity.
