GIVE RELIEF

Support India’s Flood Victims

In August and September 2025, more than 1,000 villages in India were inundated with severe flooding. Our ministry partners are eager to support affected families, but they need our help. Will you provide Relief Kits for victims?

Flood Update from
Mission India

The monsoon season is in full swing in India, causing unprecedented flooding and damage in multiple states. Hundreds of thousands of people have been affected, including children and learners in multiple Mission India programs. Many have been evacuated from their homes and villages for their safety, but have been unable to find adequate food and shelter while they seek to rebuild. Will you join us in partnering with them this season?

Flooding Fast Facts

Record-breaking rainfall in late August and early September 2025 have caused devastating floods and life-changing damage. Infrastructure has been overwhelmed, with roads, bridges, homes, and farmland being destroyed. In the state of Uttarakhand alone, 75 people have lost their lives, while another 114 are injured and 95 are missing. Meanwhile, in the state of Punjab, 300,000 acres of farmland were submerged as of September 1, affecting 125,000 people. Far to the north in Himachal Pradesh, national highways are blocked and thousands of homes are without electricity or clean water.

Our ministry partners share that India’s flood damage is widespread, spanning across states including Telangana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, and Andhra Pradesh.

Children in our Year-Long Bible Clubs, as well as some of our Adult Literacy students, have been impacted by recent flooding in India. Participants in our programs have lost their homes, crops, and personal belongings. They have an immediate need for groceries, medicine, safe drinking water, and hygiene products.

Will you stand with families devastated by recent flooding in India? We invite you to partner with us in two ways.

First, join us in prayer. Men, women, and children in India are experiencing significant loss, with some even losing a loved one. Pray that God meets their needs, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

In addition to praying, we invite you to give a gift toward our ministry partners’ relief work. For $55, you can help us meet the needs of one family, providing necessities like food, clothing, and medical supplies. During past disasters, we’ve seen God open doors for our ministry partners to share the Gospel while meeting physical needs. Our prayer is that this happens again, allowing relief efforts to minister to families both physically and spiritually! Click here to give a gift toward relief efforts.

Making A Difference Together

Many families in India have lost everything they own due to recent flooding. Hundreds have even lost a loved one. These families are in desperate need—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. When you come alongside them by giving a gift toward relief efforts or by praying with us, you help us demonstrate the love of Christ by meeting urgent needs. Will you join us?

Give A Gift

Your gifts will help us meet the basic needs for families, providing items like food, clothes, and medicine. As you demonstrate the love of Christ, you will strengthen families with hope.

Believers all over India are compelled by Christ’s love to reach millions of children with the Gospel.
