Dear Lord, it is difficult to imagine loved ones lost in a flood, unless it has happened to us. Some of us here in the U. S. have lost lost loved ones to floods, too, but each human lost is precious to You-no matter where, no matter who! You, dear Lord, know their families and friends; those whose hearts are broken in loss; please wrap Your arms of love and compassion and mercy around each one, to comfort them in a world suddenly darker with loss. In Jesus’ beautiful Name.
