International Day of Prayer
Join the Devotional
Reports of persecution have been flooding in from India this year. In preparation for the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church on Sunday, November 2, we'll spend a week reflecting on the stories and lifting up India's believers in prayer.

The Devotional
On Sunday, November 2, 2025, we’ll recognize the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church. During the week prior, we invite you to join our 7-day devotional, which will include firsthand reports of persecution that has taken place in India in 2025. Starting on Monday, October 27, 2025, the stories will open your eyes to the Indian Church’s daily reality, leading you into prayer and even deepening your own faith.
Did You Know?
India is the most unreached nation in the world—millions have never heard the name of Jesus and have no access to a Bible or church. Meanwhile, those who do follow Jesus risk everything for Him: India is ranked the 11th most dangerous nation for Christians by Open Doors.
At Mission India, we routinely work with believers who have been cut off from their family, cast out of society, or violently abused for their faith. That’s why our devotional for the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church will highlight recent incidents in India. We trust you’ll be inspired in your walk with Christ as you learn from their experiences.
