Chai – A spiced milk-based tea.

Onion Pakoras – Onions fried in a mild, spiced batter. Paired with a condiment you may not expect.

Naan – A flatbread served with garlic, butter, or on its own!

Navratan Korma – A rich, mild vegetarian curry filled with vegetables and an Indian cheese called paneer.

Chicken Vindaloo – A tangy chicken and potato curry from India’s tourism-central: a state called Goa.

Hyderabad Dum Biryani with Chicken – A luxurious spiced rice dish loaded with meat. Served with a spiced gravy, onions, lime, and a yogurt side called raita.

Gulab Jamun – A sweet, highly popular Indian dessert made from cardamom and rose
syrup-soaked donut holes. Often served with vanilla ice cream.
