Many of India's children encounter massive problems. Mission India's Children's Bible Clubs are changing the lives of hard-pressed children throughout India.

These clubs transform the lives and hearts of little ones as they struggle against:

• Illiteracy
• Disease
• Abusive child labor
• Spiritual bondage to cruel, vengeful gods

Children’s Bible Clubs are welcomed into communities as a 2-week program. Many clubs are held by our partners in places where living conditions are all but hopeless. In rural areas and slums, our clubs are often held in places where children cannot attend school--and a Children’s Bible Club is a very special event in their lives.

Through Mission India, teachers are trained in craft ideas, puppetry, games, Scripture storytelling techniques and class management. Teachers are given workbooks in their regional language, cassettes of original songs, teacher's manuals, posters and name badges. Students receive workbooks and ID tags.
